Important Updates

  • UPDATED: Status on eStatements & Check Images

We continue to work diligently to finalize the conversion of all eStatements and check images. Below is a brief update as of Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

    eStatements

Good news! All 13 months of eStatements – January 1, 2016 to present – are now available for viewing.

    Check Images

Before end of day, Friday, February 17, 2017, we expect all check images to be consistently available for clients.

We apologize for any inconvenience that these issues may cause. Thank you for your continued patience.

    • Crossover Online Banking Clients

If you are a client with accounts at Standard Bank and First Midwest Bank and utilized Online Banking at both institutions, you will continue to have two separate logins. Beginning February 6, 2017, you will log in to both at FirstMidwest.com. You will have one login for your former Standard Bank accounts where you will continue to use your current Standard Bank Access ID and password AND you will have one login for your current First Midwest Bank accounts where you will continue to use your First Midwest Bank User ID and password. If you choose to have your accounts combined under one User ID and password, please contact us at 877-203-6724. Watch our Online Banking transition video to make the change even easier.
      • Statement Fees

Standard Bank eStatement clients reviewing their accounts on February 4, 2017 will see a $3.00 paper statement fee. That fee will be credited back to you on February 5. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we merge Standard Bank systems with First Midwest.
        • New First Midwest Cards

New First Midwest Bank Debit/ATM Cards were mailed and should have been received by Standard Bank clients now. Please activate your First Midwest Card so you can begin using it on Monday, February 6, 2017. In the meantime, please continue to use your Standard Bank Debit/ATM Cards.
