Consumer Online and Mobile Banking

First Midwest Bank's Online and Mobile Banking systems contain many of the features and functionalities that you’ve enjoyed with Standard Bank, making the transition easy and convenient.

Rest assured, your current Online and Mobile Banking Access ID, Password and PIN will remain the same. And, we've prepared a short video to help you get up and running with Online Banking as quickly as possible.

  • Online Banking

    • Your current Access ID and Password will remain the same.
    • Just follow the prompts to complete your login for the first time.
    • Automated bill payments will continue . . . no extra work on your part.
    • Access to Standard Bank's Online Bill Pay will no longer be available as of 8:00am CST, Friday, February 3, 2017. Online Banking will be available until 6:00pm CST, Friday, February 3, 2017.
    • Access to First Midwest's Online Banking will be available at 8:00am CST, Monday, February 6, 2017.
    • Signing on for the First Time

      • Your current Standard Bank Access ID and Password will remain the same. Your Access ID will become your First Midwest Bank User ID. 
      • You must agree to the terms and conditions that will apply to use of the service.
      • You must consent to receive electronic disclosures.
      • You will be asked to verify your identity by selecting one of two methods.
        1. Receive a single-use code via phone call or SMS message to a phone number on file.
        2. Answer a series of security questions sourced from public information.
    • Additional Features

      • Account alerts including information regarding debit card purchases, account balances and other security alerts.
      • The ability to perform external transfers with the following limits - $2,500 for a single item, $7,500 daily, and $10,000 monthly.
      • Access to the financial center dashboard, which will provide maximum control over your account.
    • Account Transfers

      Internal Transfers 

      • Scheduled internal transfers for savings and loan payments will transition to First Midwest Bank after February 6, 2017.
      • Please note, transfers previously set up in Standard Bank's Online Banking will not be viewable within the "Pay & Transfer" tab in First Midwest Bank's Online Banking, but will remain active after February 6, 2017.

      External Transfers 

      • Scheduled external transfers will not automatically transition to First Midwest Bank. You will need to add these after February 6, 2017.
    • Bill Pay

      • Bill payments will automatically transition from Standard Bank. However, soon after February 6, 2017, your scheduled payments may not be viewable within Online Banking, but will continue to be paid. You will see those payments in your bill payment history within the week of February 6, 2017.
      • First Midwest Bank will send the payment on the date you have indicated in the system. It may be necessary to set the payment date earlier in order to ensure payment by the due date.
      • First Midwest Bank's Bill Pay is slightly different than Standard Bank's. First Midwest Bank debits your account for scheduled payments within 24-48 hours from the scheduled date for both electronic and check payments.
      • For your convenience, any Standard Bank loan set up for payment within Standard Bank's Online Banking will automatically be converted to a new First Midwest Bank payee after February 6, 2017.
    • eBills

      • Prior to February 3, 2017, you should deactivate your eBills from Standard Bank's Online Banking. If you do not, there will be a period of one week after the February 6, 2017 that you will not be able to activate eBills on First Midwest Bank's Online Banking system.
      • As of February 6, 2017, you may activate your eBills on First Midwest Bank's Online Banking.
    • eStatements

      • Within the week of February 6, 2017, 13 months of Standard Bank's Online Banking eStatements will automatically convert to First Midwest Bank's Online Banking.
      • If you wish to save additional eStatements more than 13 months old, download and save them prior to February 3, 2017. If you need assistance with obtaining a Standard Bank check image after February 3, 2017, please call First Midwest Bank Customer Care at 800.322.3623.
      • Clients currently receiving both paper and electronic statements will only receive paper statements from First Midwest Bank after the February 6, 2017.
      • After February 6, 2017, log in to First Midwest's Online Banking to enroll additional accounts for eStatements.
    • Popmoney®

      This person-to-person payment service will only be available up to February 6, 2017. First Midwest does not currently offer this service.
  • Mobile Banking

    • You Access ID and PIN will stay the same as your Online Banking Credentials. 
    • Download our mobile app. 
      • Search First Midwest Bank at the Apple App Store® or Google PlayTM Store, or
      • Text "Mobile" to 57759 and we'll send you a link to get you started.
    • Access to Standard Bank's Mobile Bill Pay will no longer be available as of 8:00am CST, Friday, February 3, 2017. Mobile Banking will be available until 6:00pm CST, Friday, February 3, 2017.
    • First Midwest's Mobile Banking will be available at Noon CST, Monday, February 6, 2017.
    • Signing on for the First Time

      Mobile banking requires enrollment in First Midwest Bank's Online Banking. Use your current Online Banking Access ID and Password to log in. You will have two ways to access your account information from your mobile device:

      • The First Midwest Mobile Banking app or;
      • Visit FirstMidwest.com from your mobile device and select "Consumer Sign On".
    • Additional Details

      First Midwest's widely-adopted Mobile Banking app is available for iPhone®, AndroidTM, Amazon Kindle and iPad® devices. Some of the benefits include:

      • The ability to view account information, make transfers, pay bills and deposit checks.
      • The ability to view existing bill payments and create new bill payments for existing billers.
      • A generous daily mobile check deposit limit of $5,000.
      Important Note 
      • Your Standard Bank app will not automatically update with accurate transaction date information after February 6, 2017.
